MAYDAY! SIMULATION

The "MayDay" Simulation is a tool to diagnose the obstacles of the Collaboration in crisis situation on the organizational level.

This simulation supplies an interesting video-based experience, allowing getting ready for a crisis situation. The game is conceived to be played in a flexible on-the-spot or on-line way. Each participant of this simulation develops its skills and knowledge on the challenge of organizational collaboration in a crisis situation.


MayDay Simulation shifts the focus from the team to the organizational perspective of effective crisis management. It confronts the learners with a storyline in which they can see how organizations, in the near future, would be able to address smoothly & productively a crisis situation avoiding a further escalation of the crisis. This provides the basis for diagnosing organizational barriers preventing organizations to reach higher levels of Crisis Readiness.

Mayday Simulation provides learners with an Organizational Crisis Readiness Self- Diagnostics Tool that they can apply directly in their own organizations to assess in a systematic way the current level of Organizational Crisis Readiness, as well as possible actions to significantly improve it.
