SYNERGY SIMULATION

Synergy Simulation is a software of multimedia learning which deals with the organizational Collaboration.


Scenario: 

You and your team have just been appointed by the Board of GlobeCom to a challenging and critical management mission: Over the next 6 months you will be operating at FrontMedia, a recently acquired fast growing company. Your objective there is to persuade a successful but very independent-minded top management team to harmonize their processes to the ones of the GlobeCom group by adopting Synergy, the group-wide collaboration system that GlobeCom has recently rolled out.


Objectives:

• Understanding the Factors determining the Success or Failure of Collaboration Projects

• Identifying and Facing Resistance to Collaboration and Organizational Barriers

• Through an intensive, highly interactive team learning experience


Who?

A tool adapted to a lot of organizations, situations and public. The companies which aim at making their directors / managers collaborate at best and most effectively in the best possible situation. The simulation Synergy is adapted on every hierarchical level: managers, cards, management committees … It is a training tool and a real situation simulation at the same time.


By the end of this session, participants should…

• Be aware of the ways in which change impacts upon not only business but our entire lives

• Be familiar with the drivers of escalating change in the prevailing business context

• Understand the importance of thriving on uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity
